Help me support individuals with rare chromosome 8p disorders

Hi all,

I wanted to do something good and make the world a better place. When I found out that over 350 children and young adults from around the world have been diagnosed with a rare and incurable chromosome 8p disorder, I knew I had to help. This disorder is hard to diagnose and can affect every cell in a person’s body. Project 8p is an awesome nonprofit organization raising research funds, building a family support network, and designing standards of care for the medical community.

We need allies like you to help us raise awareness of the disorder and assist in funding research that will result in medical standards of care for 8p families who have no other support system. That's why I created a fundraiser to support Project 8p Foundation. Their campaign invites us to become a "Great8er" and help fund research into treatments for chromosome 8p disorders. It's super easy-- just donate $8 a month for 8 months to help them reach their goal and help fund research into how to help treat this disorder.
